Helen is a highly accomplished lacrosse player and coach. She played Division II lacrosse at Newberry College in South Carolina. Following college, Helen has coached high school to beginners’ lacrosse as well as continues to play on post-colligate teams in DC Metro Area. Currently, Helen is a Head Coach at The St. James, STARS program. Her coaching style emphasizes skill development, strategy, and teamwork. Additionally, Helen has a successful career in Information Technology and is an active advocate for women in STEM.

Sierra played Division III lacrosse at the United States Coast Guard Academy in Connecticut. While serving in the United States Coast Guard, Sierra coached high school to beginners’ lacrosse as well as continues to play on post-colligate teams in DC Metro Area. Currently, Sierra is a Head Coach at The St. James, STARS program. Her coaching style instills discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship in her players. Additionally, Sierra has a successful military and cyber career and provides mentorship both on and off the field.
